Booking a trip

We try to make booking as simple, painless and trouble free as possible.

Step 1

Simply contact us by: phone, email, or letter to discuss dates, your requirements and costs.

Step 2

On agreement the dates of your cruise are reserved for you in the diary.

Step 3

Fill in booking form and send deposit.

Step 4

On receipt of booking form and deposit reservation is secured.

A note regarding costs.
We do our best to keep costs as reasonable as possible and the charge given is substantially under the equivalent commercial price. In some cases costs are negotiable and where there is genuine financial need we would offer a subsidy. One of our aims (where funding allows!) is to not let undue costs hinder people using Seventh Wave. We of course welcome contributions and gifts into the Trust which then enables us to help those who have financial need.
